This wine is a combination of Barbera (65%) and Merlot(35%).
The production, controlled at 24°C is made separately for the length of 6 days.
The combination of both Barbera and Merlot is first made at the malolaktish fermentation (end of Nov./Dec.), followed by refinement in steeltanks after which the wine is made ready for bottleing.

The colour is ruby red with violet shading. The aroma is delicate but intense, fine with a note of blackberries and cherries. The taste is fresh, round and longtasting, the after taste has a strong “appeal”.

The wine should be consumed at a temperature of 16° - 18° C.
Excellent with Antipasti, Pasta (primi piatti) and red meats.

“bricco del Kurt” can be stored for at least 3 yaers.
