This wine has been created because of the love to Sauvignon grapes.
The production begins with the gentle direct pressing of the grapes and the juice then held for 12 hours at a temperature of 10°C. The juice is then fermented at a temperature of no more than 16° C for 40 days, afterwards in steeltanks by 10° for about 8 months and then bottled.

The Sauvignon grape, usually determined for a more moderate climate, produces in our soil an unusual spectrum of aromas. Apart from the typical Cassisnote, pineapple, honey and passionfruit exceed in the bouquet.
The wine presents itself in yellow, intense and bright colour, with strong structure, but leaves also a long lasting and elegant taste.

The wine should be consumed at a temperature of 8° - 10° C.
Very good as a aperitif and with cheese dishes. Excellent combined with Patè and Shellfish.
