pinot noir

The place of origin of the Merlot grapes is Bordeaux, but they have been cultivated in Italy since 1920 and with the stony soil of Piemont region special qualities have been developed.
Our Merlot wine is special, being controlled at a temperature of 24° C for the length of 7 days. Afterwards it is refined in new French oak barrels of 225 liters for not less than 24 months.

The colour is a deep ruby red which has a tendency to granat. The aroma is intence fruity (Ripe plums) with the typical mineral of the Merlot grapes. The taste is very intensive, fullbodied with a long after taste. A wine with immense power and strength.
